Angela Rowley is a graduate in German from University College, London, and established a career in modern languages teaching before beginning solo singing training. She has worked with eminent teachers including the late Paul Hamburger.

Angela performs regularly with orchestras and choirs, at Music Societies and lunchtime recitals both in the UK and Europe. Although happiest on the recital platform she is equally at home performing with Choral Societies and orchestras.

She coordinates Harmony '96 choir in Bramhall and is Musical Director of Eccles Singers Community Choir. She teaches A Level music students, has a thriving private practice and runs performance workshops and master classes. Angela holds the ARCM Diploma in Performance. In 2008 she was appointed as an adjudicator with The National & International Festivals of Music.
